Michael has spent the last twenty-two years implementing innovative technology projects with proven ROI. With a disciplined approach to market, he has developed the Humanology IP portfolio that powers the iPerformX Ecosystem along with software development best practices that support planned performance outcomes. Michael is passionate about connecting people and ideas to accelerate innovation, technology adoption, and training to cultivate performance. He is the founder of Warbirds West and also serves on the board of directors at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. Michael lives in Laguna Beach CA with his wife Dawn of twenty seven years and two daughters.
